The NH National Guard goes green

1

The New Hampshire National Guard held an Earth Day event at the State Military
Reservation in Concord on April 22.

The folks who hosted the event were nice enough to send us this photo, and some details about the event:

It "included the display of two electric lawnmowers on loan from DR Factory Stores of Merrimack, a Toyota Prius and electric car on loan from New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, informative posters on the New Hampshire National Guard's energy consumption as well as a showing of the movie 'Who Killed the Electric Car.' The event attracted both soldiers and civilians," our source said.

Did your office or organization host an Earth Day event? If so, we want to hear about it! Send a photo and/or a short writeup to editor@greenguidenh.com!
