It's winter, go to the farmers market

1

The newly established Concord Winter Farmers Market is about ready for its second event this year, to be held this Saturday (3/27) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It will be held again March 27, with a possible April date. The farmers market will be held in the greenhouse at Cole Gardens, 430 Loudon Road.
Stop by and bask in the warmth of the greenhouse as vendors will be selling seafood and various cuts of meat including beef, venison, lamb, pork, goat, chicken, along with dairy, eggs, organic sprouts, greens, salad mix, and apples, bread, baked goods, dog bones and treats, jams and jellies, organic granola, snacks, and prepared foods. Also there will be Joan’s Famous Composting Worms, maple syrup, honey, chocolates, fudge, body care products, a local foods table, face painting and music.
Come in out of the winter weather and into the greenhouse and enjoy local food and products. For more information contact Joan O’Connor at 496-1718 or joconnornh@yahoo.com, concordwinterfarmersmarket.com, colegardens.com.
